The BIMS Lucknow hostel facilities are available on campus. A hostel for girls is available to meet the students' residential needs. It is located on the institute's campus. The hostel is well-appointed and secure 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Hostel rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with double occupancy. Students who choose to live in the hostel must apply for hostel accommodations at the time of acceptance. Outstation pupils are given priority. 

The institute has its own medical office to take care of the students' immediate health requirements. The doctor organises pathology camps, immunisation camps, dental checks, and blood donation camps regularly, in addition to routine medical check-ups for students and staff members. A hospital facility is located near the college campus and provides emergency medication.

The institute provides a fully computerised library on campus which provides a wide range of books, journals, periodicals and a host of reading materials including industry studies, annual reports of various companies, company profiles, project reports and reference materials received from industry and international agencies. The library subscribes to a variety of Journals on Education, Management, Commerce, Science and Arts subjects. The students are dependent upon the library for their requirements related to MBA, BBA, B.Com and B.Ed Courses.

The campus has state-of-the-art computer centres that provide computing facilities comprising of the latest machines linked to a wide range of software, communication and print services. students who are concurrently enrolled in courses that require the use of the lab for enhancing and developing business skills. The Computer Labs are equipped with business and office automation equipment including personal computers and a variety of software.`
