With a TS EAMCET rank of 7000 and being a non-local candidate, getting a seat in BVRIT for Women in Information Technology might be challenging, as the cutoff ranks for popular branches like IT are usually lower for local candidates. However, non-local candidates can still secure a seat if the seats are available and the cutoff allows. It's advisable to check the previous year's cutoff trends or consult with the college for a more accurate estimate.
