The Centre for Management Studies, Orissa Engineering College, Jatni (CMS-OEC) is one of the premier institutions for the purpose of imparting quality management education in Odisha. The admission process at CMS-OEC is holistic to ensure that the most deserving candidates are selected for its MBA program. The admission process at CMS-OEC is based on national and state-level entrance examinations. CAT, MAT, XAT & OJEE scores are accepted by the institute to these four main entrance examinations. These exams are CAT (November every year), XAT (held normally in January), MAT (held on February, May, September, and December), and OJEE (generally held in May).

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in any stream of study from an accredited university for admission to the MBA program offered at CMS-OEC. 1. Either CAT, MAT, XAT, or OJEE needs to be attempted by the candidate.
