As your jee rank is good , so you can get get NITs but the thing is you may not get your desired branches as per your choice. As JOSAA will start their counselling from 6 october onwards so till then you have to wait for the cutoffs of NITS as per officials. The nits which have their cutoffs relevant to this rank is:-

1) NIT meghalaya:--their closing rank is around 26k

2) NIT manipur:-their closing rank is around 27.1k

3) NIT Mizoram:-their closing rank is around 29.7k

4NIT nagaland :-their closing rank is around 19k

5)NIT andhra pradesh:-their closing rank is around 22k

As I said you can get NITs but the thing is you may not get branches as per your choice. As cutoff depend on various factors so it may change as per officials and trends.

The JEE main cutoff for CIT Kokrajhar, does not go much high, it generally follow the cutoffs for shortlisting for JEE advanced.

So if you have qualified your JEE mains, then chances are much that you might get admission in CIT KOKRAJHAR.

The cut-off percentage/Scores prescribed for writing JEE Advanced 2017 was  taken as the cut-off for admission into the 4 years B.Tech programme of CIT for the year 2017-18.

In 2019 the cut off for Coimbatore Institute of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous), Narasipuram Post, Coimbatore was 100.5 marks for Mechanical Engineering for SC category. The chances are tough because your cut off marks in PCM is 90 marks. Cut off may changes depending on total number of candidates applied, total number of seats available in Mechanical Engineering in CIT etc.

CSE - 30688
ECE - 33218
Civil - 38108

Food engineering- 45132
These cut-off ranks are for the general category. With your rank, it is difficult to get a seat in this college in your desired branch.

In centurion institute of technology, Bhubaneswar fee structure for BTech CSE is about 1.38 lakh rupees per year (tution fee),  and you will have to pay 12000 rupees per semester as your hostel fee including three time food and remember you will have to pay extra for getting extra facilities and exactly you will have to pay extra in order to take admission through management it's like donation and amount is not fixed it depends upon your background, academic score, skills etc.
