CBIT Hyderabad All Questions

Getting a seat in cbit or any other college through jee mains comes under b-category. For getting a seat in those colleges through jee mains, you will have to directly contact the college by the details provided in the website or by directly visiting the college because some colleges do not release b-category notification through news papers.But according to your jee mains rank, it is very difficult for you to get a seat in top colleges like cbit,vasavi or vnr. You can try getting a seat in those colleges through TS-Eamcet counselling or through management quota

So, according to your JEE Mains rank , your chances of getting a seat in CBIT or Vasavi or VNR , even in B category is a bit difficult. Even if you get in, you won't definitely get most of the important branches, but you might get some. First of all congrats for securing a good rank. Now if I consider for Vasavi first then the cutoff for cse in B category goes upto 45120. This means you have pretty good chances of getting a seat here.

Next is VNR then in B category here you have bit less chance than Vasavi but still you have some chances here too . Prediction is bit difficult for this one.

At last going with CBIT then here also you have less chances for CSE but still you may have a seat . So overall your maximum chances are with Vasavi. Now it depends on you . You can go for counselling and get a clear scene.

As you have not mentioned your category, I am considering you in General only.

So, with 107445 rank in JEE mains you are going to get all these colleges but the branches may differ like in some of them, you may get CSE branch but not in others.

You have not mention your category. It is important because different category have different cutoffs. At this rank you have chances to get Narayanamma, CBIT or MGIT. To get admission in these colleges your rank is below than 1,00,000.

As a general category, this rank is not enough to get a seat in top 10 engineering colleges in telangana like cbit, mgit or vasavi. All these colleges are state level colleges and accept admissions through ts eamcet and jee mains. Accepting admissions through jee mains is called b-category and b-category seats are unpredictable and it depends on that respective college management. As the number of seats per branch will be less in b-category and if a student who has a better rank than you approaches these colleges then first preference will be given to him.So i suggest you to get into these colleges through ts eamcet exam and ts eamcet counselling as this process will be better and easier than b-category.But if you still want seat through jee mains then the maximum rank which these colleges will accept in jee mains will be less than 40,000 for good core branches.Hope my answer solved your query
