As you are also asking about branch CSE or ECE. It should be depends on your choice and interest , not on college. Both Colleges are good in terms of placement and academics. You can choose any one of them based on your branch interest.

GHRCE:. Placements : Placements in this college are good. The placement percentage is nearly 70-75%. The college has a training and placement cell. The rate of placements is increasing day by day. Many of the best multinational companies visit the college for placements, like IBM, Amazon, Persistent etc.

RAMDEOBABA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING:. Placements : Placements in this  college are good. The average placement rate for the last 10 years is more than 80%. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA by VMware, and the lowest package offered is 3 LaPA. Both IT and core companies like Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, Aditya Birla group, TCS and many others visited the campus for placements.

general quota open category: 84% 

Ladies quota open category: 80% 

So as you have 85%, it looks that you might get a seat.
