The college has several classrooms, each dedicated for a particular class / course. There is a library with necessary references for each paper. There are also laboratories for practicals. White board and projector facilities are also available and we'll maintained. The campus is quite clean.
I am studying BSc Physics and Computer Applications (2019- 2022) and is satisfied with the quality of teaching. The course gives the opportunity to explore two different areas of study - Physics and Computer - and also to pursue studies/job in either fields
There have been several placements from our college to multi national companies like Wipro with a decent salary package for a fresher. The college is very supportive for the placement activities, providing all necessary support
The cost for the course is a bit high, but still affordable as compared to other private colleges. The teachers are all understanding and supportive and ready to clear the students' doubts and make them ready to face the exams
The campus is quite clean and eco friendly, with a small Miyawaki forest project started by the authorities behind the college. The staffs are all very much supportive. The college is located a bit far from the main road, at a quiet location with no disturbances
Yes our college do have necassay infrastructure and enough facilities. We have library, canteen, labs, basketball court etc. Our college is very clean . Toilets are also very clean . And we have smart classes.
I am studying BCA bcoz i love learning computer related things that's the reason. The quality of teaching is very good. Teachers are very qualified teachers. They clarify all our doubts with practical information.
We are provided with many placements from different companies. 60% and above percentaged students are placed. 10000 range salaries were offered from different companies . The interview was bit easier as well as tough.
The college maintains a decent infrastructure with all the necessary facilities. Their transportation facility is something that I must appreciate. They have boarding points along the major part of the city and also provide hostel facility. The labs and library is appreciable. The college maintains hygiene and the food from the canteen is affordable and decent. The only flaw that I found is that its like a closed compound, once you enter the campus all you can see is just the building.
I completed my graduation in Bsc. Physics and Computer Application. Its an average course yet some of the required topics from both the subjects are not included( This is a flaw from the side of University). The faculties of Physics department are doing their best, they are friendly and approachable. But the Computer Department is not up to the mark. They provide the students with seminars and talks once a year.
The placements are improving and during the previous years placements from only a few companies were offered. Since my course included Computer Application most of the placements were cornered around the field of IT. For most of the courses too the placements are offered in IT firms and most of them are reputed institutes.
The fees for each semester was 16k and for the bus facility its around 19k to 23k depending on the boarding point. From the point of the self financing college the amount is fair as many self financing colleges have higher fees. Whether its worth the money depends partially upon the performance of a student. If one utilises the resources and facilities provided to the maximum then its worth the money.
Campus life is not very enjoyable. All you get in here is academic classes. There is a college day, onam and christmas celebration which are average. There aren't much activities provided by the college apart from a few ones. The interaction between teachers and students is fine. The college is located at a remote place which in recent times is undergoing development. If one isn't using the bus facility from college then a person coming from a distant place can find it difficult at times.
Overall the college is an average college with the necessary facilities. Its a self financing college and considering that it is better compared to the other colleges that come under this category. There are certain rules imposed by the college which some students may not be able to adhere to. If one is more into studying and getting high grades and not really into enjoying then this college is for you.
