IISER Pune, spread across under acres of land with a good infrastructure and facilities as it includes good classroom a good laboratories with a sports center as well and they were not hostile facilities being available as these all are used and being well maintained.

As I am doing dual degree both bachelor and masters the teachers are same and they provide external knowledge also. The teachers help to makes your skills more and more developed which makes you ready for your jobs and provide your resume a weightage.

Placement was nice the student average package likes 5 LACS annually and goes upto 17 to 18 LACS annually. Yes approx 60 percent students were placed through college the at well post. The placement was nice and helpful students at the time of placement.

Yes college is value for money.

There is smart classroom with comfortable benches and a projector facility. Wi-Fi facility is provided to the students. Canteen of our college is average and the quality of food is good. The hostel food in good and healthy.

IISER teachers are good; they always try their best to teach and also give reasons to stay motivated for the students. Seriously, in our department, teachers are good. Teachers are very helping towards the students and also they are highly qualified and responsible also

Every year about 65% students get placements and the average package offered is also nice as it is 6 to 8 lacs per annum. The placement process is not so easy as you have to be good in skills. Yes the college is

The college is big and beautiful. According to my prospective our college infrastructure is quite good according to other colleges we have a big basketball ground and a very big library in B Tech building and also have sanitation facility and water facilities provided in each department.

The academics and teaching standard is great.The teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is perfect, they teach us nice with good explanations. They are friendly to the students. They talk very nicely and softly to the students. None of the faculty is strict. The semester exams are a little difficult but if we study properly, we can score good.

Placement is good and 60 to 70 percent student were placed. The package offered in this course range between 60k to 70k. Top recruiting companies are Bosch and Tata. 60 to 80% of the students get internships. The top roles offered are that of Manager and securities.

Yes the college is value for money.

Many types of games and medical facilities are available. All facilities are available in our college. Our college provides Wi-Fi, labs, very good classrooms and a 24x7 library. The hostel facility is good. Food served in a mess is very good, and it is available all the time in our college.

Faculty members here are very friendly, and you can directly talk to them or have a walk with them. They are always ready to help students. Staff members at IISER Pune are very considerate. All faculty members are scientists themselves, and they have vast knowledge regarding their field and fields related to it. Teaching is also very good. Courses here will improve your thinking ability and makes you think like a scientist.

IISERs are the best institutes in India for research in basic sciences. As it is a research institute the placement opportunities are fairly low in India. However more than 60% of the students manage to secure seats in top universities across the globe like Stanford, Colombia University, Caltech, etc. So it provides immense scope for research through its wide network of professors and faculty.

Good college.

The college has fairly good inrastructure. The hostel rooms are equipped with ethernet ports to facilitate good internet connectivity. However, routers are not allowed in the hostel rooms. The labs are well euqipped with safety features and good air flow.

I am getting a Phd In Experimental High enery physics. For any subject it is important to have professors who are actively working on the subject. The scope of subjects here is pretty broad in general. Since the institute is autonomous, the professors have the liberty to tweak the course themselves, which usually works in the favour of the student.

I am not entirely sure about the placement scene here. But assuming this is a research focused institute, it is unlikely that most people will go for industrial jobs, however, many have applied for jobs in the industry and got good placements, but they were probably not facilitated by the institute itself.

The institue has a fairly affordable price, when compared to similar bigger institutes. In addition, PhD scholars will most likely recieve stipend that will allow them to live comfortably. The environment of the institute definitely makes it worth the cost.

Campus life is vibrant. Different communities has their cultural events on going, apart from that there are college fests, like the science fest or the cultural fest. Apart from these there are sports facilities and also a big cricket ground that hosts the IISER Premier League (IPL).
