cmrit campus is pretty decent with many facilities available for students such as multiple varieties of labs , play ground , canteen,hostel etc . there are 5 blocks in cmrit. the parking area is huge . the campus is clean and well disciplined .

College Infrastructure
CMRIT offers a modern campus with state-of-the-art infrastructure. The facilities include well-equipped laboratories, spacious classrooms, a central library with a vast collection of books and journals, and high-speed Wi-Fi across the campus. Both the institutions have their strengths in comparison between CMRIT and SJBIT. Nevertheless, some differences may come handy below while finalizing your decision:
Placements
- SJBIT had a consistent placement record with top companies for recruiting students including Capgemini, Infosys, and TCS. Average packages go around 3.5 to 4 LPA for the students who would graduate after an undergraduate course. The placement percentage of this institution is about 69.34%.
- CMRIT: The placement records for students especially in computer science and IT are also good. The companies which are majorly visiting the college are Amazon, Deloitte, and Infosys etc. Though the average package was around 4 LPA, some students even managed to fetch higher packages.
Infrastructure and Facilities:
Both the colleges have very good infrastructures with labs, libraries, and sports facilities. Still, SJBIT has a slightly larger campus space of 13 acres and does not have a few modern amenities like a Wi-Fi-enabled campus. CMRIT is located in one of the prime locations in Bangalore, which could offer much better networking and internship opportunities.

- SJBIT holds an A+ NAAC accreditation and has been performing well in its academic standards.
- CMRIT is equally accredited with good academic results but may have a slightly smaller campus.

Both colleges receive good reviews about the faculty and quality education but CMRIT is quite famous for its industry connections because of its location.
If placements and campus infrastructures are valued, then SJBIT would suit their needs. But if location as well as networking opportunities are the only criteria then, CMRIT would have more benefits since it is located in Bangalore.

However, if you prefer a smaller institution with a close-knit community, KLS GIT could be a good fit.
