The College guest house is a single-story, fully furnished, air-conditioned, 3 bedroom structure. A team of workmen and its manager, ensure that it is always well maintained. The Guest house has housed several eminent personalities from society, including the Chief Minister of Kerala.
The College men’s hostel, ‘Chandragiri’ is located on the north-western side of the main college building. Recreation facilities have been furnished in the space above the lobby, with audio-video facilities. Four guest rooms are located at one end of the longer wing and have private access to facilitate independent functioning. The hostel has been provided with a central broadband internet facility over Wi-Fi and a computer room with 2 computers, printers, and scanners. The kitchen has been equipped with modern amenities, along with refrigerators and deep freezers. The dining area is commodious, well-lit, and aerated with adequate arrangements to seat all its inmates.

The College has an SBI ATM has been set up just outside the college gate on the college property, beside the security room. The air-conditioned ATM is fitted with a single cash withdrawal machine and is functional 24 x 7.
The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

NEET is a eligibility test for MBBS and BDS.
In order to get admission into college for agriculture, you must write All India Entrance Examination for undergraduate agricultural courses (AIEEA) for UG courses.
NEET marks won't get you an agriculture college. There are seperate exams held in order to get a seat to pursue B. Sc. in agriculture. These exams are -
ICAR :This exam is held for all the agricultural universities/colleges throughout the country. All the agriculture colleges have 15 % reserved seats for students who clear this exam.
BHU :It conducts its own university entrance exam for admissions in agriculture colleges in BHU.
State Agriculture Test : Every state conducts its own exam for admissions to the agriculture colleges in its own state.
