You will learn about flavor chemistry,product development, food processing and quality testing . After studies you can go as researcher, nutrition expert or therapist, quality assurance manager etc upon completion of further studies ,noted that just a bachelors will not be enough to land you in a good position. If you are more technically and business inclined you may take up food technology course to get into food processing industry where you will deal with processing , packaging ,sales,marketing ,supply chain  and more .
