Degree-wise Admission Process

B.Sc Nursing: Approved capacity of 100 students in B.Sc in Nursing. Admission in B.Sc Nursing is done through the entrance test PPMET conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot. So as to be eligible, candidates must fulfill the eligibility requirements as laid in the prospectus of PPMET, by the Government of Punjab.

M.Sc Psychiatric Nursing: There is an approved intake of 5 for the program. While details regarding admission are vague, it is possible to require completion of B.Sc Nursing degree followed by an entrance examination/interview.

M.Sc Paediatric Nursing: The college has 2 seats for the specialty. Entrance maybe coupled with the prospect of requiring an entrance exam and/or an interview.

M.Sc Obstetrical Nursing: It is a program that has an approved intake of 6 students and offers advanced training in obstetrical nursing, thus making it possible for suitable candidates pursuing a B.Sc Nursing degree to be accepted to this program on the basis of eligibility.

M.Sc Community Health Nursing: For this area of specialization, six seats are available within the college. Admission will most possibly be judgment based on performance at the B.Sc nursing course and some additional criteria the college deems fit.

M.Sc Medical Surgical Nursing: The approved intake for this course is 6 as well. The eligible candidates are B.Sc Nursing graduates for this advanced specialty practice.

The general list of documents to be submitted by the applicant includes:

  • Mark sheets and certificates for Class 10 and Class 12
  • B.Sc Nursing degree and mark sheets (for M.Sc candidates)
