ApplyCollege of Social Work Nirmala Niketan Placements 2023: The college has a Job Placement Cell (JPC) that handles overall placement activities. Every academic year, the JPC conducts the College of Social Work Nirmala Niketan placement drive from December to February month to enable graduating students to make effective employment decisions. CSWNN Mumbai invites companies from the Governmental, Non-Governmental and Private Sectors at the local, national and international levels. As per the NIRF 2023 report, 48 UG students were placed with CSWNN Mumbai median salary package of Rs 2,00,000. 53 PG students were placed with a median salary package of Rs 3,00,000. The Job Placement Cell (JPC) contacts companies to visit the campus for the placements.
Interested companies give confirmation about the date and time of their visit to the campus.
Interested students of the institute are given details about the placement date and the names of the companies/organisations.
Then pre-placement talks are conducted by the companies.
Students must submit their resumes and shortlisted students are called for interviews on the same day.
Job offers are granted to candidates who are recruited by the companies.

College of Social Work Nirmala Niketan is a college affiliated with the Nirmala Niketan Institute. Hostels are provided for women near the college premises. However, due to the limited amount of space, it provides hostel facilities in Goregaon as well. The availability of seats is still pretty limited, though and admission in the college does not guarantee admission to the hostel. Hostel rooms are often reserved for students that are in the most dire need of it.
As for the courses at a UG level, the Institute offers B.SW or Bachelor's in Social Work. The basic eligibility criteria for the course is that a candidate must have passed their 10+2 from a recognised board.
The fees for the B.SW for a year are around 26,259/- and the course spans over 3 years or 6 semesters.
