CSIR-IICT Hyderabad Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a library facility for all students.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The College auditorium is available in the CSIR-IICT campus to enable the audience to hear and watch seminars, symposiums, conferences, retirement farewells, addressing by eminent scientists and VIPs, cultural programs, etc. IICT Auditorium is Air-conditioned with a seating capacity of around 600 with Wireless Internet Access facilities.

The College Transportation cell is available to serve the transportation needs of the institute in 24x7 mode. It is equipped with 2 buses and 12 cars/jeeps including 1 ambulance(s).

The college Dispensary provides primary health care and all basic medical facilities to the employees present and retired, their dependent family members, research scholars of both the institute's college, and some members of sister concerns like JONAKI, BRIT, CIMAP, and NEERI. The dispensary has the facilities like a well equipped Medical Laboratory, a Nursing Care Unit, an Emergency ward with 10 beds with an online Oxygen system, an ECG facility, a Physiotherapy department dealing with musculoskeletal injuries, disorders neurological cases of rehabilitation, a Pharmacy, and Medical record division, having around 30 employees including 5 doctors from both the institutes.

The college comprises an indoor badminton court, function hall, outdoor theatre, and indoor games facility viz. table tennis, carrom, chess, etc. The committee elected by the IICT staff is responsible for looking after the club activities. The club conducts occasional tours, sports, and other competitions for staff and their dependents. A function hall with a capacity of 500 members is utilized for celebrating various functions.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members. 

ABHINANDAN is a well-furnished guest house with 2 VIP suites and 10 air-conditioned rooms. The guest house is located beside the IICT main gate.

The college canteen will cater to 1500 students and staff on all working days. There are three sections in the canteen providing service to all. The canteen committee constituted by the DIICT will monitor day-to-day functioning, quality of food, and hygiene.

The college has Banks/ATM facilities for all students.

The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
