CT College of Education, Jalandhar Admission Process

CT College of Education, Jalandhar and is one of the prime colleges for teacher educational programs. The college is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offers the main courses of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Master of Education (M.Ed). The admission process of CT College of Education aims at selection of eligible candidates on merit and is conducted in fulfilment of the policies of the state government, UT administration, and the university to which it is affiliated. Degree wise Admission Process

B.Ed Admission to the Bachelor of Education program offered by CT College of Education has an overall intake of 200 seats. The selection for B.Ed admission is made on the basis of merit through qualifying examination marks and/or entrance examination marks. The selection procedure follows the policy of the state government, UT administration, and the university. To be eligible for B.Ed, candidates must have passed a bachelor's degree or equivalent examination in any recognized institution.

M.Ed: There are 50 seats in the M.Ed program for the CT College of Education. The admission process for M.Ed is similar to that for B.Ed, based on merit. Selection is again on the basis of qualifying examination marks (usually B.Ed) or entrance examination or other selection process as per the state government's/university's/UT administration policies.
