A fleet of buses, cars, ambulance, and other vehicles provide an uninterrupted transport facility to the students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The CT Group presently maintains a convoy of 64 vehicles including 50 buses, 12 cars, 1 ambulance including one security vehicle, and 01 tractor for agriculture and plantations purposes on the campus.

The campus has a full-fledged branch of Punjab National Bank with 24/7 ATM facilities. The bank offers facilities for deposits, withdrawals, Pay Orders, DD, Cheques, and zero balance savings bank accounts and educational loan facilities to the students. The campus has a 24x7 ATM facility at the State Bank of India.

The classrooms at CT Group Campuses do not just create an atmosphere that is conducive to learning but in a sense nurture the quest for knowledge that the students possess. The original classrooms all seat 60 students. All classrooms are equipped with modern teaching aids. These include electronic media such as multimedia notebooks, LCDs & projectors, etc. There are also separate Seminar rooms, Audio-Visual rooms, and seminar halls equipped with state-of-the-art videoconferencing facilities.

There are separate hostels for boys and girls with hygienic and nutritional catering facilities. Adequate recreational facilities are provided in the hostel. Round-the-clock availability of electricity, water, medical aid, telephone, and conveyance facilities have been ensured for the boarders. Internet Facilities are also available in the hostel.

The imposing specially designed workshops are spread over an area of 20,000 sq.ft. The 8 shops include Machine Shop, Fitting Shop, Welding Shop, Sheet Metal Shop, Carpentry Shop, Smithy Shop, Foundry Shop, Electronic & Electrical Shop. The acquisition of latest equipment's and machines ensures basis Engineering skills with the help of qualified, experienced and knowledgeable faculty.
