CVR College of Engineering, Hyderabad has the facilities of a library, hostel for boys and girls, canteen, mess and health care. CVRCE Hyderabad library facilities have all the necessary amenities including e-journals. The library is full of reading materials, publications and journals to provide students and faculty with exposure. Boys Hostel
Our belief that a residential campus offers a superior environment for academics turned into a reality during 2009-10. Excellent and facilitative provision of Hostel accommodation is a major support service offered by CVR College of Engineering. Moving away from home to study is an exciting time in life. There are new friends to be made, new places to discover, new chances to be explored. Every effort has been made at the Hostel to provide the best facilities for students who live on campus. Every student has access to a wide range of activities, facilities and support. The intake of the Hostel was around 300 for the year 2014-15.

Library
The College has a dedicated three-storied building with a total area of 1800 Sqm, for the exclusive use of Library and Postgraduate Research facilities. Seperate cabins are provided for staff members doing research or pursuing Ph.D. College Bus facitlity is available up to 6:30 PM on all working days to allow students to spend time in the Library. The College library has 69,227 books, 14,857 reference titles and 165 journals (including IEEE Journals) that cater to all the seven branches of engineering, as well as other disciplines. A Digital Library has also been set up, with full access to Digital Libraries of IEEE, ASME, ASCE etc. (details below). All major newspapers, news magazines and books of general interest (non-fiction, biographies, etc.) are also made available.
Sports
Indoor Games Facilities: Table Tennis, Chess, Billiards, Gym, Carroms Other:High-quality equipment for all sports is made available to students. Two full time coaches are on staff to provide guidance to students. All the sports facilities are utilized by students every day and also during competitions held for College functions viz., College Day etc. College Bus facility is available up to 6:30 PM on all working days to allow students to spend time playing sports.
I.T Infrastructure
The College has 15 state-of-the-art computer labs, equipped with the best software and hardware. Labs are equipped with the latest IBM/HP/Apple servers. High speed (~120 Mbps) internet access is available on the campus. The quality of the computer and network infrastructure is such that the college regularly hosts online examinations for all colleges in the area/city for various companies as part of their recruitment process. The college was also the only college in Telangana area chosen to host the inaugural Smart India Hackathon. All faculty have PCs / laptops with internet access. All Professors are provided with high end laptops with laser printer/scanners for their use. Students are provided internet access as appropriate to help them further their knowledge. Equipment is regularly upgraded, with the previous equipment being donated to local schools etc.

The College has 7 Electronics labs, 6 Electrical labs, a Hydraulics lab, and 4 Instrumentation laboratories. All labs are well-equipped (well beyond prescribed syllabus requirements in some cases). Please refer to individual department pages for more details.

College Infrastructure

Cvr has the best infrastructure among the top engeneering colleges. Cvr college classes are well maintained. The college has enough library books and the college has a ground where the students can play conveniently.

Our College is Good enough for studying.

College Infrastructure

My college is located at a good place with good infrastructure. There are separate buildings for each branches.The atmosphere in the college is very healthy. Our college is also very highly ranked in the ratingts in infrastructure. So basically it is good.

Your predicted rank according to your mentioned percentile of 95 would be somewhere around 78000. With this rank, it is bit difficult to get a seat in CVR college of Engineering, Hyderabad as a B-category student. However it is just a prediction following the previous years cutoff trends. I suppose you are asking about CVR College of Engineering, Hyderabad. The institution has a very good Placement with more than 120 companies visiting CVR and above 1300 placements for the 2020-21 academic year, it is the highest among the peer group of colleges. This is the first time that CVR has crossed 1300 placements. The highest offer is a remarkable Rs. 30,50,000 with several students getting it. About 60 students got offers higher than Rs. 8 Lakhs. More than 300 offers are higher than Rs. 5 Lakhs. With this, CVR becomes the leading college in the state in terms of the offers with higher salaries. CVR has the highest placement percentage in the entire state.

Sumanth, you cannot draw comparision between the communication skills between 2 Institutions. Communication skills are your personal way of communication and it is based on your way of developing the skills. You learn and improve your Communication skills by practising and that should come from within you as how you develop your communication skills. Of course the Institution you join has an impact on your communication skills in the way you are taught English and how you interact with your peers. But it has got nothing to do with comparing 2 Institutions. An Institution is a non living thing and it cannot have communication skills.
