The college has a fully equipped library, in which more than two lakh books and many level research books on different subjects are available. There is also a reference room in the library where high-level books are available for study. There are separate arrangements for departmental libraries in the respective departments for different postgraduate classes. There is also a big reading room. In this, daily newspapers, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly newspapers and magazines are available.

The College has a glorious heritage of games and sports. Under the valued guidance of the Principal, Dr. Ajay Saksena, and General Secretary, Games & Sports, Dr. Vineet Vishnoi, special facilities are provided to the boys and girls of this college for holding the sports camps on a regular basis in accordance with All India Universities Sports Calendar as provided by the HNB Garhwal University.

College Infrastructure

The college lacks hostel and Wi-Fi facilities, and therefore students need to make their own arrangements for staying there and live on rent. But the campus itself is quite big, with neat and clean classrooms, a decent library, and sparse sport facilities. The infrastructure is decent enough for study but students need to make arrangements for staying there themselves.

College Infrastructure

The college has a fully air-conditioned campus with Wi-Fi facilities. It has two separate hostels on campus for both boys and girls, along with a combined mess that serves delicious, hygienic, and homely meals. In addition to the mess, the college also has two other food options: the Maggi Hotspot and the Cafeteria.

College Infrastructure

DAV College dehradun looks old and need fixing up as it is a very old building so the buildings and stuff seem worn out and not in great shape it would be better if they fixes it also the labs and classrooms also need some maintainence.
