This college is entirely a new institution that's why it does not have that big name in placements but it has a great start. Despite all the boundaries and difficulties the first batch did really good and so the upcoming batches are going to do really good. The cut off for NATA 2019 is 108  and 50 percentage in your 10+2 is manadatory. Considering your 12th percentage and NATA Score, you have better chances to secure seat for B.Arch at Vastu Kala Academy or even Delhi Technical Campus.

These are only ways to get hostel if you are not from outside Delhi:

1. Give address proof of outside Delhi(works only if you are not in 1st year as from this year freshmen of only outside Delhi category are being given hostels).

2. Use any sources or contacts, if you have. It's the only way if you don't have address proof of outside Delhi and you are in 1st or 2nd year.

3. Get involved in something big like UAV etc. And have no back logs with satisfactory score , then you can go plead to hostel warden, VC or any authority that may help you in getting hostel. Show them that you really need hostel(persistence is required) and you cannot waste traveling 3-4 hrs a day, there's a fair chance you'll get hostel. (Can work for 3rd year onward and definitely not for 1st years).

The first two are not in everyone's hands and third one is not for freshmen so I'll advice to rent a room or flat nearby in that case.

There is a huge chance to get admission to get into DTC according to last year cutoff that was 5420

dear aspirant,hope you are doing well.now coming to  your question,both the colleges you have filled in the choice are equally good,but as you mentioned that BHMCT is very far from your home.so i woud recommend you to choose a college which suites you the best and according to your needs fits you the best.

Dont worry there is a payment problem and many candidates are not able to pay Rs 40000 due to which they have removed it, you might wanna wait for tomorrow they might release a notification regarding this and might postpone the last date to pay this fees.
