DGMC Mumbai Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a boys' hostel facility. The college offers the perfect residential unit for students pursuing higher education. With an accommodation capacity of up to 152 students, the boys' hostel is set primarily near the campus. Available on a share basis- the hostel boasts of being aesthetically designed to ensure comfortable living.

The college has a girl's hostel facility college provides state-of-the-art residential facilities for students pursuing higher studies. 135 female students can be accommodated in that. The rooms are available on sharing basis, making it easier for students to find accommodation in our hostel for girls. College provides a safe and free environment, which is conducive for students to excel.

The library (Smt. Prabhdevi Banwarilal Saraf Library) at DGMC has an exclusive and exhaustive range of books on Media and Advertising, periodicals, journals/magazines, and DVDs on curricular as well as co-curricular topics which help students to grasp that additional bit of knowledge that will put them ahead of the rest. The Resource Centre has more than 3305 books, 25 journals, and periodicals, a DELNET online database of more than 6000 E-Journals and books, and 14 Audiovisuals. It has a Research Cell for scholars pursuing Ph D. It provides OPAC (Open Public Access Catalogue) facility for online searching and reservation of books. Automation is done with the help of KOHA software and a bar-code system.

The College has a 60-seater acoustically built Seminar Hall that enables Hi-Tech Learning and knowledge sharing as well as doubles up as a conclave setting.

The college's entire Computer Lab is powered by premium quality Apple iMac workstations, equipped with the latest photo and video-editing software, like FCP, Adobe Creative Suites, and other relevant software, which ensures a smooth workflow and teaching-learning experience. The lab lends a truly international environment, where learning is enthused with inspiration and professionalism comes as a second character.

The college has sports facilities for all students. The sports academy sprawls across a massive 24,000 sq. ft. area and can easily facilitate tennis, basketball, football, and volleyball games. It has been designed by a sports management company with all-weather turf being imported from New Zealand, meeting international standards. Students are also provided specialized training by KOOH, a professional sports management company, in basketball, football, and cricket. This multi-sport academy is one of the crown jewels of the RSET campus.
