Dhaneswar Rath Institute of Engineering and Management Studies (DRIEMS) was established in the year 1999 in Khordha of the Odisha state of India, furnishing the needful education. Located within the 25 acres of land, DRIEMS is being an affiliated college under AICTE. It makes available a total of twelve courses to students in three teaching degree programmes and has total enrolment of one thousand thirteen. DRIEMS has a strength of 91 faculties which makes the student faculty ratio satisfactory and our faculties deliver quality education.

For its part, DRIEMS possesses a range of interesting the facilities made towards total learning environment improvement. It has separate hostels for boys and girls; well furnished and full furnished rooms are available with modern facilities. To increase all round development, DRIEMS has facilities such as large playground for each games, swimming bath etc. On the same campus is also fully equipped gym, an air-conditioned 600-seater auditorium for plays and cultural shows and cultural open-air theater.

The institute provides various undergraduate and postgraduate courses for the students. The 12 courses offered at DRIEMS in B.Tech are Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Civil, Electrical Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. For postgraduate degree programme, the institute has the M.Tech programmes that covers specialisations in computer science and engineering, electronics and telecommunication engineering, electrical power system, structural engineering, and Mechanical system design . Also, DRIEMS has Management professionals course in MBA for the prospective management professional. 

The medium through which students enter into DRIEMS is through the national and state level entrance tests mostly. Admission to B.Tech programmes are only through JEE Main Rankings or Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) rank. The MBA programme is open to scores from several national level tests including CAT, XAT, CMAT and OJEE. These competitive processes is to make assure that DRIEMS admits student with a good past records and abilities.
