The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, self-contained, and duly maintained. It also has a unique telecom facility for incoming calls only. There are, however, a set of rules and regulations that have to be strictly adhered to. All provisions are made to ensure students enjoy their stay here! The hostels have self-contained two / three-seater rooms which are spacious, airy, and provide a great view. They come with basic amenities like a bed, table, chair and electrical fittings with 24-hour water supply also. A recreation hall with facilities for indoor games like chess and carom encourages students to make good use of their leisure time. Several newspapers, as well as magazines, are subscribed and TV is also provided to get them relaxed during leisure and also to get them updated. The Computer Centre and Library are kept open for residents of the hostel.

The college has Safeguarding health There are a health care center and clinic on campus where qualified medical professionals provide medical assistance with warmth and care. DREAMS has also appointed a Medical Officer for its clinic. Medical facilities are available round the clock, so students can rest assured of getting medical attention any time, any hour.

The college has a well-maintained canteen which is the refreshment center for the students. The canteen caters to all aspects of food i.e. Chinese, Western and Indian foods. Moreover, the canteen is the best meeting place for the entire mass for a hangout.

The college has a 600-seated air-conditioned auditorium and a large open-air theatre. This theatre boasts of an ultra-modern sound system, which is capable of being reconfigured to suit different needs. So be it rock ‘n roll or the soft nuances of Indian classical music, it never fails to ignite your senses. The stage has a full-fledged lighting system with dozens of spots, floodlights & dimmers.

The college has its own fleet of 56 buses which caters to the transport needs of students, staff, and visiting guests and provides links from campus to Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. In addition to this, ten cars/vans are available for use by the staff and Guests.

The campus has become a WIRELESS CAMPUS by implementing WI-FI technology i.e. students and staff of DREAMS can access the complete network and browse the internet sitting anywhere on the campus by using LAPTOPS.
