The College Library remains open for the issue and receipt of Books every working day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.2) For Degree Students books will be issued during the morning session i.e. 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and for Intermediate Students, from afternoon session 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and PG Students afternoon session 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.3,) Books from the college Library are issued generally only to present students of the college and the members of the staff. Only in special cases, books may be issued to outsiders on payment of a deposit fixed in each case by the Principal.4) Students will ordinarily be allowed to borrow one book at a time.5) No student shall keep the Library books for more than 10 days from the date of issue. A fine of 50 paise for each day of delay for each book will be levied and the student will be expelled from the Library until the books are returned or till the fine is paid.6) Students are prohibited from passing books issued to them to others.7) Students should not write on the pages of Library books or even underline or mark any passage in any way.8) Books of reference may be consulted in the reading room only and under no circumstances, they are taken away from the library.9) A book, lost or mutilated, shall be replaced with a new copy of the same; if not, its price is to be paid by the borrower.10) Absence from the college will not relieve a borrower from the responsibility of returning books on the due date.11) Strict silence is to be observed in and around the Library.12) Members of the teaching staff, non-teaching staff, students, members of the college Governing Body and the Librarian become IPSO FACTO members of the library.13) No non-member shall be admitted into the Library except when he/she is introduced by a staff member provided that such an admission is not to be construed as conferring the privilege of making use of the Library for reference purposes. Students are not permitted to introduce non-members to the Library.14) Smoking in the Library is strictly prohibited.15) Students are not allowed during Lecturing Hours.
The college has encouragement given to the students to participate in various sports and games from the college to the national levels. The following games are available for the students to practice from 6 A.M. to 9 A.M. and 3 P.M. to 6 P.M. in the college on every working day.1. Volley Ball, 2. Ball Badminton, 3. Kho – Kho, 4. Kabaddi, 5. Basket Ball, 6. Tenni-Koit.Facilities are provided for indoor games like Table – Tennis, Shuttle Badminton, Multi-Purpose Gym, Chess & Carroms also. Having recognized the role of sports and games in fostering the spirit of unity, discipline, and Sportiveness among the student, we have allotted games hours.
Computer Laboratory has been provided with 26 Systems for Students and one for the minter with a worth of Rs 5 Lakhs and all the students are given the opportunity with their hands-on experience throughout their stay in the college every year.
The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.
The equipment is well maintained by the individual departments. They maintain the stock register of various equipment. The equipment and other facilities available in the departments are used by the teachers and students as and when they are needed in day-to-day classes, for research projects, and in organizing seminars/workshops. Teachers and laboratory attendants guide the students when the equipment is used for practical classes.
The college has a girls' hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
The college has a health center with a student first aid facility.
The college has a good networking for the alumni association.
