Diphu B. Ed College of Karbi Anglong is recognized teacher education institution situated in Assam, established in 1994. Co-educational, this future teacher training college is located near Assam University’s Diphu Campus along National Highway 329. The institute spread over 10.25 acre of land is recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) which sustains the quality education in teaching field. This college takes a total of two hundred students and has strength of nine faculty members to train and educate the students who aspire to be the future of teaching profession. 

The college also aims to offering quality education services to all student enrolled within the college. It has some amenities that have an added attribute to the enhancement of learners. They meet the students’ need for sports and games by providing some infrastructure which help the students to keep fit. Diphu B.Ed. College currently is having only main course with the nomenclature of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program. It is a two-year full-time course for void students which prepares the students to act as effective teachers. This college has been allowed to admit 100 students to this programme, and many students interested in teaching are offered places annually.
