Diphu B. Ed College of Karbi Anglong is a recognised teacher education institution situated in Assam, established in 1994. Co-educational, this future teacher training college is located near Assam University’s Diphu Campus along National Highway 329. The institute, spread over 10.25 acres of land, is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), which sustains quality education in the teaching field.

The college also aims to offer quality education services to all students enrolled within the college. It has some amenities that have an added attribute to the enhancement of learners. They meet the students’ need for sports and games by providing some infrastructure, which helps the students to keep fit. A college library is a centre piece of a learning institution that provides a quiet environment suitable for learning. Diphu B.Ed. College currently has only one main course with the nomenclature of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) programme. It is a two-year full-time course for void students, which prepares the students to act as effective teachers. This college has been allowed to admit 100 students to this programme, and many students interested in teaching are offered places annually.
