The infrastructure is good. But the campus is not upto mark. It has smart class room not every class room. It Provides lab facilities but the space area is small to fit all the students of the class. It has quite well central library.
Teachers are highly experienced but they are not good in English language. They are friendly with student and student in their theory and doubts. Only theoretical classes held in college but they does not focus on practical knowledge to the student.
Regarding to this, college doesn't give placement to their fellow students. Or does not give prior knowledge about the skills which make student job ready for future. No company comes in this college for placement.
My college boasted excellent infrastructure, including smart classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, extensive libraries, and a sports center. The residential facilities were comfortable, and the food was of high quality, with a focus on cleanliness. Overall, it provided a conducive environment for both learning and living.
My college may not have a rigorous academic environment, but it excels in its own way. The presence of knowledgeable and dedicated teachers adds great value. Moreover, the academic content, especially relevant to the agricultural industry, is substantial. This tailored focus on agriculture equips students with valuable knowledge and skills for their future careers.
The placement scenario at my college left much to be desired. With a maximum package capped at 2.5 lakhs and no disclosure of placement percentages, it was a challenging environment for aspiring graduates. In my experience, only 20-30% of the batch secured placements.
The course costs 50K per year, but the lack of substantial placement opportunities makes it challenging to justify as a value-for-money investment. Without a promising return on investment in the form of good placement prospects, it's not a recommendation for those considering their education's long-term benefits and career prospects.
The college campus offers abundant opportunities for students to explore their interests, with a calendar full of diverse events throughout the year. Situated amidst the lush greenery of Dehradun, it provides an ideal environment for learning and living. The combination of educational pursuits and a serene natural setting makes it an appealing place for students seeking a well-rounded college experience.
The campus life was enjoyable, offering a positive experience for students. However, the overall value for money was lacking. Despite the positive aspects of campus life, the cost of education did not align with the perceived benefits, leaving some students feeling that their investment in education did not provide an adequate return.
