Candidates who have passed 12th boards from a recognized institute in science stream (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) with a minimum aggregate of 50% are eligible to apply for B.sc course in Radiology. In the college you have mentioned, the admission is usually on the basis of entrance exam, but due to the ongoing pandemic, the admission will be on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam. You need to visit the official website & apply for the course then wait for the counselling process to begin.

The MPT is the post graduate course done after BPT. The basic eligibility criteria for MPT is-
Completing BPT with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Admissions are purely based n merits. You can do MPT in subjects like -
1 ELECTROPHYSIOLOGY
2 CARDIORESPIRATORY
3 GYNECOLOGY
4 ORTHOPAEDICS
5 PEDIATRICS, et cetera
Average fees is around 40,00/- per annum. The package for a MPT graduate is around 3-5 lacs per annum

If you belong to general category, then your marks are not quite sufficient to get you a seat at Dr DY patil MC, for mbbs degree, though you may get some low ranked college or some other courses like vetenary or bds, but mbbs is quite difficult.

In 2019 the cut off for Dr DY Patil Dental College and Hospital, Pune for SC category was 361 marks. Cut off does not remain the same it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc. You need to score minimum 380-400 marks to have decent chances of getting seat.

The Medical fee varies from college to college and depends on the college you want to join . As you said the 1 crore will be the fee for total 5 years . the fee for 50 per cent of MBBS seats will range between Rs 6 lakh to Rs 10 lakh in across private medical colleges. At present, an ordinary medical student pays a fee of Rs 25 lakh annually in Maharashtra and Delhi.

DY Patil Homeopathic college, Pune is a private college affiliated with MUHS, Nashik.
The primary course offered by this college is BHMS or Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Study which is a UG degree spanning over 5 years and 6 months. The intake of the college is 100 students a year.
The admission process is done on the basis of counselling conducted as per candidate's score in NEET UG. The basic eligibility criteria says that the candidate must have passed their 10+2 with a physics, chemistry and Biology as the core subjects.
The fee structure for BHMS is 1.9L per year. There are some scholarships that a candidate may apply for as well.
