Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/ Humanity, Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification, equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the program.

The minimum marks for each of the Community Categories is as follows:

BC/BCM	45 %
MBC/DNC	43 %
SC/SCA/ST	40 %

Admission Details

The Admission to the Two-Year B.Ed. The degree Course is made on the basis of the Marks obtained in their basic degree Course followed by an interview with the Principal.
