M.Com at Dr NGP Arts and Science College, Coimbatore Offline Course

Master of Commerce is a two years full-time PG course and it is offered by Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.

The Department of Commerce was established in October 1997 with 15 Students for a total intake of 40. In the year 1999, the intake of the department was increased to 50 and further increment 60 was made in the year 2006. The department has got permanent affiliation from Bharathiar University during the year 2000.

Under the Roof of the Commerce Department, the Commerce with Computer Application Course was introduced in the year 2000. Subsequently, M.Com CA was also introduced in the year 2002. The Department of Commerce CA was separately bifricated from our commerce Department in the year 2005-06.
