Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Teachers Training College, Ramgarh, is a well-known teacher training institution in Jharkhand. The selection of a talented candidate on merit is conducted for two predominant courses B.Ed. and D.El.Ed.

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education): The B.Ed. program offered at Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Teachers Training College, a regular full-time two-year program, is designed to groom students for the teaching profession. Admission into B.Ed. is done on a merit basis considering the qualifying examination marks and/or entrance examination marks. The candidates may also be considered for selection according to any other component of selection process as decided by the state government, U.T. Administration, and the university. D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education): The D.El.Ed. is also a two-year course offered by the college.
