Dr. Vedprakash Patil Pharmacy College in Aurangabad was established in the year of 2006. This co-educational college occupies 2.5 acres right in the middle of Aurangabad, Maharashtra. It is an affiliated institute, approved by PCI, offering all types of programmes in pharmacy. It has a total student enrolment of 301 and a faculty strength of 30. 

An ideal setting for the budding pharmacist, Dr. Vedprakash Patil Pharmacy College  offers four courses across three-degree levels, each specialising in a different area within the pharmaceutical sciences. The infrastructure is well-furnished with all modern facilities enriching the learning experiences of students. The Industrial Pharmacy Laboratory forms another highlight of this initiative, equipped with a 12-station tablet compression machine, a tablet coating pan, and an automatic ample filling and sealing machine—all together mimicking a small pharmaceutical industry in fine detail. In addition to all this, the college has a well-equipped Pharmaceutical Microbiology laboratory, complete with an aseptic area, adding practical exposure.

Various courses at Dr Vedprakash Patil Pharmacy College help students to fulfil different types of ambitions that lie within the pharmaceutical profession. It offers four full-time courses: one diploma, one undergraduate, and two postgraduate in total. The college has been approved for a total intake of 160 students in its B.Pharma and D.Pharma programmes combined and seats for postgraduate courses.

Pharma course will be based on the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test scorecard.
