Dr. Vedprakash Patil Pharmacy College, Aurangabad, is a renowned institution offering various pharmacy programs. The college follows a structured admission process designed to select deserving candidates for its diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate courses. The admission procedures are aligned with state-level entrance examinations and regulatory body guidelines.
For undergraduate admissions, the college mainly takes into account scores from the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test, or MHT-CET. The MHT-CET exam for the PCB group is usually held in April; this year, the examination is scheduled for April 8, 2025. The aspiring B.Pharma students need to appear for the exam and submit their scorecards during the application process.
M.Pharma admissions are more flexible. Though GPAT scores are considered, the college also admits students who have not appeared for GPAT or do not have a valid GPAT score. This approach allows a wider range of students to pursue postgraduate studies in pharmacy at the institution.
Admissions are usually in line with the academic calendar, and processes begin a few months before the academic year starts.
