Ezhuthachan College of Pharmaceutical Sciences provide facilities that intended to contribute toward improving learning environment as well as general satisfaction of the students of the college may be listed as follows; A well-equipped library is acting as aknowledge resource centre with a collection of over 6177 books and 1,569 titles and the Centre has subscribed to Twenty-two national and ten international journals. The library also offers information in electronic form such databases as e-journals necessary for students’ and faculty’s practical needs. In regard to practical learning the college has well equipped laboratories in the branches of Pharmaceutics Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry Pharmaceutical analysis Pharmacology Pharmacognosy Microbiology & Biotechnology. The campus also has different hostels for boys and girls for out-station students they maintain a proper living environment. Ezhuthachan College of Pharmaceutical Sciences offers all kinds of courses in the education of pharmacy. The institution offers 6 full time courses within 4 degree programmes to meet the need of different pharmaceutical levels. These includes Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma), Bachelor of Pharmacy(B.Pharma), Doctor of Pharmacy(Pharm.D)and Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) with an option in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics and pharmacology. Ezhuthachan College of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Thiruvananthapuram is a reputed institute for pharmaceutical education. Degree-wise Admission Process

Candidates must have completed their 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.

D.Pharma: The D.Pharma course also has an intake of 60 students. Similar to B.Pharma, 50% of seats are filled through centralized government allotment while the remaining 50% are under management quota. Eligibility typically includes passing 10+2 with science subjects.

Pharm.D: Pharm.D program admission is based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination. The college normalizes marks from various boards for fair comparison. A rank list shall be prepared for D.Pharm students seeking admission to Pharm.D on the basis of marks obtained in the first and second year of D.Pharm examination conducted by PCI-approved institutions.

M.Pharma: The college offers M.Pharma with specializations in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (12 seats), Pharmaceutics (15 seats), and Pharmacology (6 seats). Admission is mainly through GPAT scores. Candidates not having GPAT may be considered based on their B.Pharm aggregate marks (II, III, and IV year), and there is no separate interview for M.Pharma admission.

Doctor of pharmacy or Pharm.D is a six-year course for doctorate level students. During the course duration candidates have five year of academic study and 1 year of internship.

The eligibility criteria for the course Pharm.D is that students have to clear 10+2 from a recognized college and qualify for a diploma in Pharmacy from Pharm.D college recognized by PCI (Pharmacy Council of India).

The fee varies from government college to private college.
