The infrastructure of the college is very good. There is a complete study environment in this college. The college building gave the whole office feel vibes. There is a game center in the college where we play indoor games or have competitions.
The academics of the college are the best. College professors are very experienced. Their way of understanding was so good that I understood it in one go. Professors are always looking for help in children's education.

Collage life in FOSTIIMA is best. Made a lot of friends. Collage does many activities like organizing festival celebrations and games competitions with a lot of studies.
Wonderful experience.
The infrastructure of college is not that good, there's no playground, college is situated in very small area although library is quite good and class room have proper ac and wifi. They are planning to invest on infrastructure because each year no. Of students enrollment number is increasing this year total 400 something students took the admission.
Faculty is decent, they are really helpful and most of the faculties are IIM passout so you'll get the bit of IIM vibe. But faculty is quite old so there comes a huge generation gap so sometimes lectures become little boring.
On thing I guess that matters the most is placement that you will definitely get. So they have companies of 4 categories Basic 4-6L, General 6-8L ( 50% of companies come for this category), Star 8-10 (30% of this category) Superstar above 10 ( 5-6 companies of this category) .
Average placement of 6-7 lakhs with 8.5L rupees is quite a good investment so yes it has value for money
They provide industrial visit to give you exposure and domestic and international trip that really helps in gaining knowledge and networking
With 8.5L you will get 7-8L placement, domestic trip, international trip, industry exposure and many more so go for it
Dear Aspirant,
Comparing colleges is always a tricky affair and we can only go by general guidelines and since both don’t figure in the National Institute of Ranking Framework (NIRF), we will not be able to qualify one is better than the other.
When looking at the syllabus of each in the MBA Finance programs, it is very obvious that Chitkara’s Finance syllabus is much more progressive in terms of industry requirements of today and in your second year you can actually opt for specialization in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance & Wealth Management. While Fostiima’s program covers a wide range of topics and tends to give you a look and feel of a company’s operative elements including finance. Since they have subjects like HR & Marketing etc. Another point is Chitkara has 8 semesters in comparison to Fostiima’s 6 semesters, which means the intensity is much higher in Chitkara from a program point of view.
We suggest you take a very close look at both the syllabus and compare it with what we have said and then take a decision. Don’t forget this is your first management decision.
Good Luck
