Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Delhi provides admissions to the undergraduate and postgraduate courses. VIPS Delhi UG Admissions Process 2024

Candidates have to appear for the required entrance exam and acquire a valid rank.
Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies Delhi Cutoffs will be published after the results of the entrance test are declared,
Candidates meeting the required cutoff percentile may proceed with the counselling round,
Candidates must choose the institute as their preferred college during the choice filling.
Admission will be granted to the candidates based on their marks in the entrance test and the filled choices

As you are already aware of choices you have but the college rank branch wise also differ depends upon resources, placement, etc. So, for your interest branch you should go for IPU college because you got university support there so much.
