    The overall experience is okay.

    College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of college is good. All the basic facilities are fulfilled of the students. The canteen is good, food is prepared on order and is fresh. Wifi sometimes work and infrastructure is most of the time is clean and well maintained.

    Academics

The main thing we look for post graduation is education. The fostiima provides good education facility with up to date curriculum. Along with that personal growth is very important for job-ready which college helps.

    Placements

Mostly sales related jobs come to the college. Even finance,HR, operations student have no option left but to apply for sales job. Some jobs are those which students leave at graduation. Placement process depends upon company to company.

    Value for Money

The overall college fees is 8.5 lakhs . The average package of college is same as fees so ROI is good of college. As what we invest and get the same return. It also depends upon the placement for the package.

    Campus Life

Campus life is good as college will engage you in different activities such college festive and events. You will get plenty time to interact with each other over lunch and other free time. Over all campus life is good.

College is over all good regarding placements also.

    College Infrastructure

The building is soo big as it is a private b- school but enough for the 2 batches ..well maintained and clean campus it is ...the infrastructure is well specified with everything in its place ..with all the necessary things available.

    Academics

Some subjects are worth less to study I think but still due to rules of aicte the faculty has kept it and taught us nicely ..overall the faculty and the academics department are good and nice organised.

    Placements

Placements are 90% in this college but mostly in sales ...finance , operations and human resource management are likely give less importance as compared to marketing and sales ..but mostly students get placed .

    Value for Money

Value for money is worth in this college ...u gain a good return on investment in this college by having a good placement and great learnings with a amazing summer internship...u will learn a lot of things .

As per my seniors and me (june2024 batch) it is average.

    College Infrastructure

For admission when i visited here for the june2024 batch, it seems to me the college's infrastructure is good but small in area. Their classrooms are well furnished but they have no any in campus large ground for any large group activities.

    Academics

My batch will start from june2024, so as per my seniors i have talked with they said their academics are overall good. And it provides dual specialisation which have both as a main, this will helpful for placements.

    Placements

Again as per my personal interaction with pass out students and one of my cousin brother they said here mostly placements are in marketing, then secondly after that in finance, then for other specialisations.

The 90 percent jobs are for sales person

    College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is well designed and structured as per the MBA college but the campus size is small for the students strength around 300plus . Looks to congestion around this much strength they increasingly the no of intakes but small is not ready for it

    Academics

Teachers are good and well experienced they’ll help us in every aspects of our studies and projects but the college fooled us about study materials they provide books to students on a loan bases you have to return the after the semester end

    Placements

Placements are average mostly companies were coming for sales job and insurance based if a students who wants job in operation and finance the possibilities is really low to get placed in your particular specialisation

The college is Average and provide Good placements

    College Infrastructure

Th college infrastructure is good it is small in size but within small area the facilities of library, classes, reception and canteen is quite good . The food is superb quality and classrooms size is okay

    Academics

Academics are average as the main concern in college is about presentation concept is still less and for practical subjects it is very difficult for average student to catch up so on and all it all depends on u

    Placements

The placements are average college only brings marketing companies to college only two to three companies of finance and came to college nd for operations only one or two basically majority of the placement are in sales

Overall good college if you get decent placement

    College Infrastructure

Talking about infrastructure, it has one building not so small not so big. It's a small campus, it does not have playground but little play area for badminton is available. Although it has two basement one for recreational purposes and one is canteen. Overall campus is okay.

    Academics

Currently I am pursuing PGDM the faculty is really good specially for Marketing one of the best teachers in same category colleges. And in terms of curriculum, I would is okay you can't complain much about it.

    Placements

Earlier when batch size was small placements were good but now when they doubled the batch size it is harder for college to get students placed. Majorly sales profiles are there along with some good companies such as BlackRock, Wipro, KPMG, etc.

    Value for Money

If you get placement around 6-8 LPA I would say it's totally worth it in terms of ROI as fee is around 8-9 for the full course so I would not complain in value for money section. I got placed for 10LPA so for me it's totally worth my cost.

    Campus Life

Although campus is not so big but overall campus life is average If you compare it graduation colleges or other big MBA colleges but it's okay to live here in this campus events are there such as winter carnival, celebration, Diwali mela, etc.

    Others

Overall college is okay for the value but there is this one thing which they call it Elite Batch where where they charge extra and promise you to get two packages of placement of 10LPA or More but I tell they hardly get companies with offer around 10 LPA so I would you should keep that in mind while applying for it and not to fall for this nuisance.

Have a question related to FOSTIIMA Business School, Delhi ?

    Dear Aspirant,

Comparing colleges is always a tricky affair and we can only go by general guidelines and since both don’t figure in the National Institute of Ranking Framework (NIRF), we will not be able to qualify one is better than the other.

When looking at the syllabus of each in the MBA Finance programs, it is very obvious that Chitkara’s Finance syllabus is much more progressive in terms of industry requirements of today and in your second year you can actually opt for specialization in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance & Wealth Management.  While Fostiima’s program covers a wide range of topics and tends to give you a look and feel of a company’s operative elements including finance.  Since they have subjects like HR & Marketing etc. Another point is Chitkara has 8 semesters in comparison to Fostiima’s 6 semesters, which means the intensity is much higher in Chitkara from a program point of view.

We suggest you take a very close look at both the syllabus and compare it with what we have said and then take a decision. Don’t forget this is your first management decision.

    Good Luck
