Hello aspirant,
I would suggest you to choose AIIMS, Nagpur instead of IGMC,Nagpur.
To begin with the fact of you being an Aiimsonian is a great feeling in itself and has its own importance.
• Aiims basically focuses on clinical aspects than theoriotical part that is quite an advantage for a doctor in making but currently AIIMS doesn't have it's own hospital so they are dependent on the hospital of Gmc nagpur itself . They will definitely have their well equipped hospital in coming 2-3 years. Building a hospital is comparatively an easier task than establishing it among the patients that requires lot of hardwork and some time for sure.
• AIIMS Nagpur has started last year so the students have not got enough opportunity to attend any clinical posting this year .
• As of now the plans for building it's campus seems very promising in near future.
• Good hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls.
In all of these things an important point that cannot be ignored is that currently AIIMS Nagpur is dependent on GMC Nagpur for a lot of things including the campus facilities.
To conclude, in my opinion, I will anyday prefer GMC Nagpur. So, hands up for Gmc Nagpur for all the fair reasons like providing almost all the facilities better than Aiims Nagpur. To end up it will always be personal preference over any comparisons that I give!
Choose wisely !
All the best !
Hello Aspirant!
The Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, Secundarabad does not provide Bachelor's in Physiotherapy (BPT) course.
Hello,
Since Gandhi Medical College, Secunderbad is one of the government colleges in India, their cut-offs are also higher. This cut off also depends on whether you are applying as domicile or through all India Quota. However, to be absolutely sure, try scoring around 550+ to ensure a seat in this College.
Mop up round is basically for central or deemed universities so getting a seat depends on vacancy, seat capacity, cut off, etc. Moreover you are from gen caste, so its more diffcult to get a seat. Try for some other colleges or courses. Or try next year again.

Dear,
Gandhi Medical College and Hospital Secunderabad is a private autonomous institute. It offers MBBS, MS,MD and few diploma programs. The Admission to these Courses is done on the basis of NEET Exam. The College does not offer Bachelor of Science degree.
One thing about Gandhi that stood out to me the most is the infrastructure. Despite being a government college, it has good infrastructure: all the labs are fully equipped. And the libraries are well ventilated, spacious halls providing a huge collection of books. We also have huge lecture gallery classrooms for different subjects where benches and smart boards are in good condition, We also have different grounds for different sports. Boys and girls hostel are in good condition and very hygenic
Our college has a good infrastructure and all the necessary facilities and equipment. Our library and sport centres are good too. The classrooms, laboratories and hostels need to be improved with their facilities and decorum. The food quality also needs improvement.
The college infrastucture can be said as good. We are provided with many facilities like a big library, cool sport centres but we also lag in few other facilities like average canteen arena and not so hygienic food.
