i have listed below last year cut-off for ECE in GVPE.

• Open - 3484

• SC - 64059
  

• ST - 61203

if you are belong to open category then you have no chances but if you are belong to sc/st then you have many chances for ECE in GVPE.

The information is based on 2017 statistics.

You can get INF and Civil at Gayatri Vidya Parishad.

You will not get CSE and ECE at RVR&JC guntur and VR Siddartha Vijayawada.

Regarding your question, if you are from general category then you need to wait for second counseling, If you belong to the reserved category then you are more likely to get the seat in the first counseling. With this rank, you will get a seat in Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering.
