The college has A full-fledged hospital that caters to the healthcare needs of students, teaching, and nonteaching staff. The Hospital is well-equipped with 362 beds and operation theatres providing out-patient, in-patient, diagnostic, and emergency services round-the-clock. Further, specialist services in general medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, orthopedics, dermatology, psychiatry, ENT, and ophthalmology are provided to students and employees, and their family members.

The college has A fully air-conditioned Central Library, popularly known as Knowledge Resource Centre, which is provided on the main campus with all modern facilities like reading rooms, internet, digital library, e-learning center, and reprography. The Knowledge Resource Centre has 4,842 Sq. meters of carpet area with a seating capacity of 410 while the central library at Hyderabad campus has a carpet area of 3,251 sq. meters. with a seating capacity of 500 and at Bengaluru campus has 526 sq. meters. carpet area with a seating capacity of 142. Each library has a reading room and references sections. The library is kept open from 8 AM to 11 PM on all days including Sundays and Public holidays except on national holidays. The total number of printed books, back volumes, and theses in all the three campuses is 33,85,600 (2,95,300 volumes, 30,90,300+ e-books) till June 2016. Library subscribes to 584 national and international print journals. The central library provides access to 30,90,300 e-books and 8,295 e-journals on all three campuses.

The college has sports facilities like cricket grounds, volleyball courts, tennis courts, running tracks, badminton courts, and indoor stadiums are provided to encourage students to participate in games and sports.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. 65 Modern Computer labs with the licensed software. All laboratories are provided with modern computer equipment.
