Readers can know Global College of Technology Jaipur (GCT) is a prestigious engineering College founded in the year 2010. Amity University Rajasthan is almost completely situated in the IT Park of Sitapura, Jaipur and nestles over an area of 10 acres. GCT is an affiliated college recognized by All India Council for Technical Education popularly known as AICTE. Boasting of a total student enrolment of 1409, the faculty of the institute comprises 142 teach Our institute provides an assortment of engineering courses. GCT offers 11 courses in 2 different degree programmes including and focuses on different branches of engineering faculties like computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and information technology faculties.
Today, Global College of Technology Jaipur has several facilities that are enough to meet the needs of modern learners. Totally built up area of the library is 12,000 sq. ft. With more than 55,000 books in stock and having subscription to many national and International journals. It is open until after college time allowing students to spend long hours in the library doing their studies. As for the IT facilities, the company has very good conditions, Wi-Fi enabled 100 Mbps Internet access in all facilities. The college possesses modern gadgets and sophisticated equipments including 140 highly equipped scientific laboratories.
To meet the accommodation needs of students, GCT provides the hostels for boys and girls separately. It has a hall for both first aid and health care services for all of the students on the campus. The sporting people will benefit from the various sports facilities, while the body builders will be able to use on campus gym facility. Spacious, fully air-conditioned multi-commodity vegetarian canteen provides tasty and fresh food that is always clean conforming to student’s’ dietary requirements. For academics and cultures shows, the college has an air conditioned AC central hall for 500 students, 3 air conditioned conference halls and 10 air conditioned seminar halls.
Global College of Technology provides its students with 15 courses in total and it comprises both undergraduate and postgraduate level. The B.Tech programmes are offerings for a period of four years as full time programmes while the M.Tech programmes are both, full time, and normally offered over a period of two years. The overall authorised admission capacity for all the courses is 555 students while the maximum number of seats for B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering is 240.

The admission process of Global College of Technology is mainly focused with the JEE Main score for the B.Tech courses. JEE Main already cleared candidates are free to register themselves online at REAP irrespective of the rank they have secured in JEE Main test. Surprisingly, any candidate who could not write the JEE Main examination is free to sit for REAP. In such circumstances, admission is done depending on the Class 12 performances.
Admission to M.Tech programmes is through the Centralised Admission for M.Tech CAM by Rajasthan Technical University Kota. First preference is given to candidates possessing valid GATE scores. GCT Jaipur B.Tech Admission Process
GCT offers 8 B.Tech programmes, with an overall intake capacity of 510 seats. GCT Jaipur admission process for B.Tech programmes is primarily based on JEE Main scores followed by REAP counseling. The seat distribution is as follows:
- 15% for Management Quota
- 15% for Non-Rajasthan students (through REAP)
- 70% for Rajasthan Domicile students
Candidates who appeared in JEE Main can register for REAP online, irrespective of the overall rank they secured. Those who couldn't appear for JEE Main can also register on the basis of Class 12 results.
