GCT (Global College of Technology) Jaipur, is one of the prominent engineering colleges for offering a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in diversified disciplines of engineering. Application Process

The application for Global College of Technology differs based on the chosen programs:

B.Tech program:

1. Qualify for JEE Main.
2. Register for REAP counseling on the website.
3. Upload required documents, JEE Main score card or Class 12 mark sheet.
4. Pay application fee.
5. Attend counseling and select GCT and preferred courses.
6. If given a seat, complete reporting at GCT for document verification and fee payment.

M.Tech program:

1. Qualify in GATE.
2. Register for CAM (Centralized Admission for M.Tech) counseling organized by Rajasthan Technical University.
3. Fill the Application Form in the CAM portal.
4. Upload required documents; GATE score card and Bachelor's degree certificate
5. Pay application fee.
6. Attend Counseling
7. Report to GCT for admission-related formalities, if selected.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Tech: GCT offers 8 B.Tech programs, with an overall intake capacity of 510 seats. Admission to B.Tech programs is primarily based on JEE Main scores followed by REAP counseling. The seat distribution is as follows:

1. 15% for Management Quota
2. 15% for Non-Rajasthan students (through REAP)
3. 70% for Rajasthan Domicile students

Candidates who appeared in JEE Main can register for REAP online, irrespective of the overall rank they secured. Those who couldn't appear for JEE Main can also register on the basis of Class 12 results.

M.Tech: GCT has five M.Tech programs. The admissions are conducted via Centralized Admission for M.Tech (CAM), by Rajasthan Technical University. Admission is based on GATE score with provision for written test/interview. The applicant must possess Bachelor's in relevant discipline or equivalent.
