Government Degree College, Ramban Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College has library is an integrated knowledge resource centre that is stocked with around nine thousand books, periodicals and references covering all aspects of academic studies for students. The library of the college has an open access to all student and faculty. It has a seating capacity for about sixty students. A special place has been allotted in the library for keeping the belongings of student.  

The college has a well-maintained Computer lab with more than 15 computers which are located on the first floor of the College building.

The college has provided two Swaraj Mazada buses of 41 seats each one for the students commuting from Batote and adjoining areas and others for Ramban town and adjoining areas. As per the decision of the College Transport Committee, a lumpsum amount shall be charged from the students coming from Batote and adjoining areas of Ramban. The Fee shall be decided by College Transport Committee in consultation with the stakeholders. 

The college has a good networking for the alumni association.

The college has to cater to the needs of the students, the College maintains five well-equipped science laboratories. These laboratories are equipped with facilities required for the conduct of practicals of UG classes of respective subjects.

The college has a separate canteen building with all modern facilities for the students and staff. 

The college has Sports facilities have been established for various indoor and outdoor games likes, Table Tennis, Wrestling, Badminton, Chess, Volleyball, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho etc.  

The college has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars. The seminar hall has a seating capacity of 150 students

The college has well furnished girls common room with almost 40 students sitting capacity where girls students can do their study related dissussions,read or rest
