The college has a library the great philosopher rightly said “Knowledge is the key to success”. Nothing can be better than books as a source of knowledge. It is a fact that any kind of education is empty in itself without the availability of books. To fulfill such a need in higher education structure what better than the library with a vast collection of books and other related literature can serve the purpose? The library has a sufficient collection of books covering the entire spectrum of courses. Enriching the library is an ongoing process that requires financial assistance that is provided by the state government annually. Books and other printed materials can be obtained from the library under different schemes for a definite period. 

The College Talla Sult has one lecturer appointed in the college for all arrangements of sports. Degree College Talla Sult has the following game facilities with infrastructure. Annual games are organized in the college. selected student further plays inter-college and inter-university sports events every year.

There is active participation in sports activities including local-level tournaments and Inter-collegiate tournaments organized by Kumaun University. The college team participates in the following intercollegiate Tournaments of Kumaun University.

Annual games are organized in the college-selected student further plays intercollegiate and inter-university sports events every year. Annual games and sports functions are organized in the college. A sportsperson may participate in up to three competitions. The best sportsperson is nominated champion.
