The cutoff of JEE Mains as well as colleges varies year to year hence exact marks or rank can not be predicted by anyone. But you can have a rough idea by looking at the previous years data and trends. So for a good government colleges you should aim to score a minimum of 130 marks in JEE Mains. If you are planning to do Btech from a government college in New Delhi, then you have to give JEE Mains exam, infact, almost all of the government engineering colleges in our country are now take admission through JEE.
However, there are a lot of private colleges which take admission on the basis of your 12th marks like KIET, GalGotias, etc.

There are various types of colleges you will be getting through JEE mains.
If you qualify jee mains and afterwards qualify jee advanced also with good rank then you will be getting IITs which are topmost rank colleges in India.
Next based on your JEE mains rank you will be getting other colleges in which NITs are best then comes iiits and CFTIs afterwards some good private colleges.
And you will surely get a good college if you work hard and study intensionaly.

The campus is good you'll get most of engineering related equipment which used in learning engineering and practical uses of application. And not sure about canteen because it's changed. You need to rely on outside food. Outside the campus
