Government Engineering College, Bhojpur is one of the newer Institutions. Established in the year 2019, it was around this time, with a view to cater to the ever-increasing demand for quality technical education in Bihar, the state required more engineering institutions. This is a co-educational institute, situated in Champapur, Dedaur, Bakhtiyarpur, and affiliated college and is approved by AICTE. GEC Bhojpur offers four B.Tech programs, each of four years' duration. Having an enrolment of 132 students in  its streams, with a faculty strength of 5, the college strives to provide personalised attention to all its students.
