The Government Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Dehradun (GIHM Dehradun) is one of the well-known institutes in bringing good quality education in the field of hospitality management. The selection process involves open counseling, wherein seats are provided to students based on merit. This is a four-year undergraduate course designed to equip students with all-around knowledge and skills in hotel management and catering technology.
