The Government Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Dehradun (GIHM Dehradun) is one of the well-known institutes in bringing good quality education in the field of hospitality management. Admission in this program is dependent on the performance in the joint entrance examination conducted by Uttarakhand Technical University. The selection process involves open counseling, wherein seats are provided to students based on merit. This is a four-year undergraduate course designed to equip students with all-around knowledge and skills in hotel management and catering technology.
