Hello there,
Hope you are doing well. See, the cutoffs this year are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's or may increase marginally. So,I'll firstly mention the cutoff score for GMC,Bettiah which is in Bihar through Bihar State quota counselling post NEET-2020 for an EWS category candidate.
It was a score of 603 with a closing AIR of 18,546.
So, this year you atleast needed to score 605+ to get a seat into the college .
However you can try for private colleges if you wish to . You may get a seat .
You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category both through AIQ and SQ of your state from the link given below :

The cut off marks for NEET usually depends on the college. The seats fill up fast basing on the score. A minimum of 530-540 marks is required to be sure to get into a good college. In case you have some caste based reservation , it may be a little less. But try hard to obtain around 540 marks so that you won't be in jitters during the whole counseling procedure.
It depends on the category of the candidate. With 480, candidates with SC/ST category can get Government Medical College Bettiah.
