The college also provided with an auditoriums for holding events and seminars and encourages the intellectual discussion. The institute offers to have half dozen full-fledged courses at Diploma, Under Graduate and Post Graduate levels. They comprise of D.Pharma (2-years), B.Pharma (4-years), and four 2-years M.Pharma programmes in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy and Pharmacology. The D.Pharma and B.Pharma programmes admit 60 students each and the numbers for M.Pharma programmes are unclear. Each of them is aimed at giving further understanding of pharmaceutical issues and skills, which are important for reaching the career goal.

B.Pharma: B.Pharma is an undergraduate 4-year course. Similar to D.Pharma, the course also has an approved student strength of 60 students. The candidates for admission in B.Pharma should have a 10+2 education with science subjects, i.e., Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics.

M.Pharma: Four specialized M.Pharma courses, each of a 2-year duration, are operated by GPC Bangalore:

1. M.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Chemistry
2. M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics
3. M.Pharma in Pharmacognosy
4. M.Pharma in Pharmacology

The Government College of Pharmacy, Bangalore offers a Diploma course in Pharmacy. The tuition fees for the course is a total of Rs.28060 (Rs.14030 per year).

The eligibility criteria of the course is that candidate should have passed (10+2) or High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or Equivalent. All SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate.
