Government College of Pharmacy, Bangalore was established in the year 1964 and is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, RGUHS, Bangalore.
----- The college offers courses both at Undergraduate UG and Postgraduate PG level. The courses offered by Government College of Pharmacy are B.Pharm., M.Pharm. and Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) respectively.
------- ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION IN B PHARMA COURSE IS AS FOLLOWING -
• Candidates must have passed class 12th examination or equivalent in Science stream with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics.
------ Admissions to B.Pharm. Program are done through KCET score.
• Selection of candidates in B.Pharm. is based on scores obtained in KCET Entrance Exam conducted by Director of Medical Education, Government of Karnataka.

The Government College of Pharmacy, Bangalore offers a Diploma course in Pharmacy. The tuition fees for the course is a total of Rs.28060 (Rs.14030 per year).
The eligibility criteria of the course is that candidate should have passed (10+2) or High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or Equivalent. All SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate.

You have not clearly mentioned which entrance or exam or college. It can be either JEE MAIN , NEET , WBJEE or any other. You have to mention clearly whichever entrance you are talking about.
JEE MAIN counselling will start from approximately 6th october.
WBJEE counselling has already been started.

Dear Radha,
You cant pursing Diploma pharmacy in distance education in India because no one college offer this course in distance mode .If you wants to take admission in Diploma course then you can go through mostly regular mode and distance education is mostly helpful for working and experience person if you are fresher then my suggest you must go through the Regular mode where you can learn lots of practical and theory with lots of knowledge.
