Government Polytechnic cum Multi Skill Training Centre, Dhamlawas, was established in 2018. This is an affiliated college in the state of Haryana offering diploma programs in engineering, fully approved by AICTE. Located across a massive 10.25-acre campus, the institute currently has an enrolment of 51 students and 15 faculty. It offers 7 courses under 1 degree.

The Government Polytechnic cum Multi Skill Training Centre, Dhamlawas, houses a number of facilities supporting the students' academic and personal ascent. The IT infrastructure in the institute ensures that students are up to the challenges in this era of technology. Different departmental laboratories in the college provide the scope for students to gain practical exposure, complementing the theoretical studies on the campus. The total approved intake for all the courses combined is 420 seats, thereby providing ample scope for aspiring students. Each of the diploma programs runs over 3 years with an aim to fetch both comprehensive knowledge and competence in relative fields.

Admission to Government Polytechnic cum Multi Skill Training Centre, Dhamlawas is strictly on a merit basis. Admission to all diploma engineering courses should be made on the merit of the Secondary School Examination (Matriculation) and equivalent qualifying examination.
